DLT Vac & Steam Services was founded in 1994 by Darrell Boulay, beginning with a single truck and a vision to build a reliable, service-driven company. Through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to meeting the needs of its clients, that one-truck operation quickly grew to two trucks, laying the foundation for the company DLT is today.
Family has always been at the heart of DLT Vac & Steam Services. Over the years, many members of the Boulay family have contributed their time, skills, and hard work to the company’s growth and success. This strong family foundation has helped shape the values DLT continues to stand by: dependable service, hard work, and lasting relationships with clients.
In 2004, Michael Boulay joined the company, becoming an integral part of its continued development and growth. After years of experience and dedication, Michael took over ownership of DLT Vac & Steam Services in 2013, continuing the legacy established by Darrell while guiding the company into its next chapter.
Today, DLT Vac & Steam Services has grown significantly from its humble beginnings. Under Michael’s leadership as owner and general manager, the company has expanded its fleet and capabilities to include 10 trucks, 7 scrubbers, 3 blowback tanks, and 1 tri-axle vacuum pup. This growth reflects decades of hard work, industry experience, and a continued commitment to providing dependable service and meeting the evolving needs of its clients.
From one truck in 1994 to a growing fleet of specialized equipment today, DLT Vac & Steam Services remains proud of its family roots, the people who have helped build the company, and the relationships that continue to drive it forward. As the company looks to the future, it remains committed to building on its strong foundation and delivering the quality service its clients have come to expect.
Our Safety Standards
DLT Vac & Services prides itself in high safety-first standards, with our 2008 best safety performer Work Safe Alberta award. DLT Vac & Steam Services maintains a COR certificate and is kept in the high 95%. We are also a part of ISN Net and Comply Works. All trucks are well maintained and certified to all standards.
